Self Management Activities
10-Second Fitness (SEL)
Students perform various fitness activities for ten seconds each.
Crabs & Seagulls (SEL)
Students pretend to be crabs, performing various activities until a seagull warning cues them to scurry back home.
Fitness Trek Day (SEL)
A special activity that allows students to track their fitness progress over an extended period of time using several of the CATCH Fitness Challenges.
Team Rock/Paper/Scissors (SEL)
Each team will group together in their safe area and decide on one sign to show the other team.
Yoga Breathing Exercises (SEL)
Students are led through a serious of yoga poses and deep-breathing exercises.
Yoga Introduction (SEL)
Students practice deep breathing exercises.
