To continue encouraging our students to be CATCH MVPs and stay healthy over the summer, we want to conclude the year with recognition and summer ideas for incorporating healthy eating and physical activity. We are asking you to help wrap up the school year by implementing one task this six weeks.

 

 

★  ONE STAR TASK

Send home the CATCH A Healthy Snack summer recipes

  • Post (at least) one local idea/option for students and/or families to engage in healthy summer activities. Use #GOsummer.

 

 

♥  MY HEALTH BOOSTER

It’s important to protect our skin from the sun’s UV rays year-round. Practice sun protection for yourself and be a role model for your students!

Consider...

  • Covering up and wearing wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses and protective clothing, and staying in the shade.
  • Use sunscreen and lip balm with SPF 30 and reapply regularly.
