Theme I: Getting Started
The first six weeks is “Getting Started.” During this period, the focus is on:
- Building an awareness and buy-in of the CATCH Program and its goals
- Organizing a team to coordinate implementation efforts; and,
- Introducing the “Language of CATCH” and beginning to develop CATCH MVP students, staff, and families.
The following pages provide recommended activities to support this theme and coordinate the message for everyone. Using this Kit will help you and your school “kick off” the school year with a Coordinated Approach To Child Health!
