Students do as many push-ups as they can in 30 seconds.
9-Minute Run/Walk Challenge - #344
Students run/walk as many laps as they can in nine minutes.
Fitness Trek Cool-Down and Closure - #345
Students are led through a cool-down and some closing statements after their Fitness Trek Day.
