An activity with many multidisciplinary opportunities that equates minutes of physical activity with miles traveled on a map.
Cross-Country Jogging - #339
Over time, students strive to complete more laps within the same amount of time.
Team Fitness Challenge - #341
Students must complete fitness challenges within a small group while holding on to the same rope.
Pace Me - #342
Students practice gauging their running pace by running and timing laps.
