Since 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed across the United States. Mental well-being is fundamental for individuals, families, and communities to thrive. As we navigate different life stages, the ways we manage maintaining positive mental well-being changes, requiring us to actively engage and adapt to our needs and those of society.
