The Promise Neighborhood Initiative in Charlottesville, Virginia intends to improve educational and developmental outcomes of children in underserved neighborhoods. This program recently adopted CATCH to keep kids healthy, and community members are enthusiastic about training, and about maintaining the program. Check out this video from CBS19 News!
