Great news! Online training is now available making it easier than ever for educators to access the Ray and The SunbeatablesTM K-1 sun safety education program. Summer may be over, but sun protection is important year-round, even on cloudy or cold days. UV rays can pass through the clouds to reach your skin and you can even get a sunburn in the winter. Did you know that an estimated 1 in 5 people will develop skin cancer in their lifetime? The good news is with our help, this does not have to be the case for our children. Skin cancer is preventable!

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has developed the SunbeatablesTM Program to educate teachers, parents, and children about sun protection and sun safety behaviors. Getting SunbeatablesTM is as easy as 1-2-3:

  • 1)  Go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Sunbeatables to complete the program participation form.
  • 2)  View the pre-recorded online training webinar. The link to access the training will be provided when we receive your completed participation form.
  • 3)  Complete the short online evaluation survey.

Your FREE* SunbeatablesTM Curriculum Toolkit will be shipped to you after we receive your evaluation survey.
