Valerie Phillips is a teacher in Round Rock ISD. She has been teaching health and wellness for 24 years and is currently in her 19th year at CD Fulkes Middle School. She is campus athletic coordinator, girls athletic coordinator, head of the PE department as well as District CATCH Champion for RRISD responsible for sustaining CATCH in all middle schools in Round Rock. She has been involved with CATCH as a teacher and a trainer for the last 7 years helping to pilot and implement CATCH curriculums around the state of Texas and Florida.
