Empowering Children Through Better Oral Care
We are excited to introduce our redesigned features for CATCH Healthy Smiles, our oral health program for Pre-K through 2nd grade. Here are components you will find now on our CATCH.org platform, crafted to seamlessly promote oral health among your students:
A Focus on Modern, Redesigned Resources
- Accessible, curated content in the platform that can easily be navigated and implemented.
- Embedded videos and resources or accordion dropdowns for access as an added convenience.
- Consolidated materials in designated sections making it easy to identify and access. Includes Extension Activities, Audio & Video Library, Parent & Caregiver Outreach Materials, Supplemental PE Activities, and Schoolwide Engagement Resources.
Organized & Detailed Teaching Outlines
Each grade band contains an introduction and outlines for each lesson that have the same template making it easy to seamlessly plan and deliver instruction.
Outlines include:
- Skill objective(s), guiding questions, and key words
- Student engagement activities with instructional resources and printed materials
- Parent & Caregiver outreach materials
- 2024 SHAPE America National Health Education Standards (K-2) and National Head Start Standards (Pre-K)
Our program is available to childcare centers, elementary schools, dental offices and students, community organizations, and health departments.
