Amy has over twenty years of professional experience with progressive leadership and responsibility. She is a proven operations leader with multifaceted expertise encompassing organizational management, strategic planning, program development and scaling, staff management, volunteer management, technology and customer service. Amy has spent her career in the public health sector, improving policy, systems, and environments so students and adults have healthy places to work, learn, and live. With leadership experience across a diverse portfolio of programming, including health and nutrition, family engagement, school health, after-school programming, corporate wellness, and diabetes prevention, Amy has a strong passion for ensuring environments support healthy living where youth and adults thrive.
Amy’s passion for healthy children comes from her two daughters, Mackenzie and Caitlyn. She has coached basketball, volleyball, track & field, and soccer at the youth and elite levels, and serves as the President of her local high school’s Athletic Booster Club. She has a Master’s in Public Health from Indiana University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Dietetics/Nutrition, Fitness, and Health from Purdue University. Amy is a Registered Dietitian.
