Amy has over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit and public health sectors. She is a proven executive leader with multifaceted expertise in organizational management, strategic planning, program design and scaling, staff development, partnership cultivation, earned revenue and fundraising, and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, Amy has focused on improving policy, systems, and environments so that children and adults have healthy places to learn, work, and live.
Building on this foundation, Amy has led a wide range of initiatives spanning health and nutrition, family engagement, school health, after-school programming, corporate wellness, and diabetes prevention. She has also driven mission impact through multimillion-dollar revenue growth, corporate partnerships, and foundation fundraising. Passionate about cultivating healthy organizational cultures and creating efficient, scalable systems, Amy thrives at the intersection of people and process—helping organizations stay agile, strengthen culture, and turn change into opportunity.
Amy’s passion for healthy children is deeply personal, inspired by her two daughters, Mackenzie and Caitlyn. She has coached basketball, volleyball, track & field, and soccer at both youth and elite levels. She holds a Master of Public Health from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health from Purdue University. Amy is also a Registered Dietitian.
