With more than fifteen years of experience in community-based nutrition education and public health, Jenni has dedicated her career to improving youth health and wellness. She has served as a WIC dietitian and corporate wellness Nutrition Services Director where she worked directly with the public to provide nutrition education, create relevant programs, and build strategic partnerships with community stakeholders and medical professionals.As an Associate Extension Specialist with Oklahoma State University’s Community Nutrition Education Programs, she led the adaptation of evidence-based curricula and programs into award-winning interventions such as Virtual Farm to You and KiK It Up. Her research explored school readiness and policy, systems, and environmental change implementation.

Now serving as the Development and Partnerships Manager at CATCH Global Foundation, Jenni leads efforts to expand health education programs by building strategic partnerships, securing funding, and supporting the implementation of evidence-based initiatives. She works closely with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to enhance program reach and impact. These efforts ensure more children and their families have access to the resources they need to lead healthy, active lives.

A proven leader, Jenni has facilitated committees from the local to national level. She enjoys the challenge of bringing together diverse stakeholders to drive meaningful change. She has a demonstrated ability to balance big-picture vision with the meticulous execution needed to bring initiatives to life. A registered dietitian, she holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences and master’s degrees in Health and Human Performance and Nutritional Sciences. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and embracing her favorite role of being an aunt to eight amazing kids.
