Sara Burk

Sara is the Training Coordinator at CATCH. She works behind the scenes to help coordinate the many moving pieces that go into successful trainings.

Sara earned her B.S. in Health Science at Truman State University. She has over 10 years of experience in public health, first serving as a Case Manager for an insurance company and then as a Disease Investigator for a Health Department’s COVID19 response team.

Outside of her role at CATCH, Sara works on her family’s farm. She and her husband raise pastured poultry for restaurants and farmers markets in Central Texas. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, quilting, and knitting.
