This Back to School season, you’re invited to join CATCH’s Good Health Feels Good Campaign, an initiative to supercharge the wellness of our nation’s kids by raising the first $10K needed to bring 50 underserved schools the resources they need to help students feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

This year, CATCH is thrilled to add SEL Journeys – a movement-based Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) program that utilizes dance and cultural awareness to reinforce SEL concepts and the interconnection of our physical, mental, and emotional health – to our existing platform of Whole Child health programs addressing physical activity, nutrition, vaping prevention, oral health, and more.

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to skyrocketing rates of isolation, sedentary time, anxiety and depression among children this past year, and we know that it’s more crucial than ever that we help kids regain a sense of overall wellbeing by providing fun and engaging ways for them to move their bodies and express their feelings.

Funds raised through the Good Health Feels Good Campaign will support CATCH Global Foundation's ultimate goal of reaching 50 underserved school campuses with SEL Journeys resources in the 2021-22 school year, and we need your help to make it happen!

When given access to an SEL program in school, 27% more students would improve their academic performance.

24% more students would show improved social skills and reduced stress, if given access to SEL in school.
